Once shipped, expect your goodies to arrive within 7-10 business days.

Please allow up to 2 working days for processing your order. When your package is shipped, we will send you an email including a link and a tracking number so you can see the progress of your package.

During a sale event, shipping may be delayed due to the high volume of orders. We will process order ASAP, however if there is a significant delay, we will contact you through email.

2. Tracking Number

Once your order ships, we will send you an email including tracking number individually. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking update. If your tracking has no update over 3 working days, please contact us at onlinehelp@70mai.com, we are here to help.

3. Delivery Address

A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Otherwise your parcel may experience a delay or a lost which we are not responsible for due to the incorrect information provided by you (our customers).

We are unable to change the address once your package is already shipped out. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.

4. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

5. Order Modification

*The buffer length depends on the collision's timing within the loop recording and the selected loop duration.

Designed with a compact, ultra-slim body, the M310 Plus 4K stays discreet and never blocks your view while driving.Its 360° manually adjustable lens lets you set the viewing angle freely based on your installation and recording needs. Mounted on the front windshield, it can record the road ahead or the cabin; installed on the rear windshield*, it supports rear or interior recording as well—all with a single compact camera.With in-app video flip and mirror settings, footage remains correctly oriented even when installed upside down.*For users who currently have a single-camera setup and don't want to switch to a dual-camera system, this product provides a rear recording option. An extension cable may be required to install it on the rear windshield, depending on your car model.

24H Smart Parking Surveillance

While your car is parked, if the G-Sensor detects a collision, the dash cam will automatically trigger a 30-second recording to capture the potential incident. If the relevant video is recorded, the dash cam will notify you with a voice alert once it powers back on.To enable parking surveillance, Hardwire Kit UP03 is required. *Accessories sold separately.

Time-Lapse Recording

Time-Lapse Recording enables continuous recording at 1 FPS in parking mode. The dash cam compresses every 15 minutes of footage into 1 minute to save memory card space. Faster playback allows you to catch noteworthy incidents instantly.

Loop Recording

The M310 Plus 4K records in a loop, automatically overwriting older files with the latest recordings, ensuring uninterrupted footage without storage concerns. Rest assured, all critical footage, such as buffered emergency recordings and parking surveillance videos, will be safely saved in separate "Event" and "Parking" folders on the SD card, and will loop independently to prevent being overwritten by regular recordings.
